NEUTRAL ZONE

Clean lines, simple design, uncluttered color palette...I like these spaces and these looks.  Classic. Modern. Neutral with an edge.

Happy Wednesday!

ALL-IN-ONE FARMHOUSE BEDROOM & BATH!

clean and modern canopy bed

I like this bedroom bathroom all in one. I never in my life would think I would ever say it is cool to have a bathroom right in the middle of a bedroom. Somehow though in this farmhouse it works.

Great rustic wood floors, a canopy bed with white fabric elegantly draped around it, a gunmetal gray stand alone tub on top of fantastic patterned tiles all in one room.

It works...for a vacation home at least...it works.

I love love love the floors in this space...the painted tiles are awesome and the grain and color of the wood floors is just rustic enough. I would love a farm bedroom like this!

Happy Monday!

P.S.  Thank you to COCOCOZY reader and customer Laura Block for sending in this gorgeous little vignette below of her COCOCOZY Logo Lucite Tray all tricked out and ready for serving.  Love the orange and yellow accents on the tray.  Beautifully styled Laura!

DESIGN IDEA: PAINTED BRICK!

Bricks painted gray in an arched doorway in a kitchen

Don't get me wrong, I'm not advocating getting rid of classic exposed brick walls in interior design and decor BUT...I do love this painted gray brick here around the arched doorway on the columns in the modern kitchen.

So elegant and calming I think. Lots paint exposed brick white but I'm liking this gray.

What do you think? Should we leave exposed brick alone or does this gray painted brick work for you!

Happy Friday!
