20th CENTURY FURNITURE MUST HAVES FOR THE 21st CENTURY

I have been thinking about new beginnings and fresh starts lately when it comes to home decor.  I know whatever I do with my house in the future, I definitely want to bring some modern classics into the decorating mix.

Bertoia, Thonet, Platner...these are all names of great 20th century furniture designers whose works have become modern classics.  Love the way the owners of this small apartment in Sweden have styled these pieces into their modern fresh decor.

DESIGN IDEA - MIX MATCH DINING ROOM CHAIRS!

Hey...how about this look...a modern eat in kitchen with a long dining table populated with a mix of styles of dining chairs. Mid century modern to classic in all shapes.

Think it could be cute...also think you have to have at least 2 of the 6 chairs match. Deliberate mix and match.

Hmmm...could work!
