SEE THIS HOUSE: A MULTI MILLION DOLLAR PARIS PIED-A-TERRE!

Ah Paris.

This SEE THIS HOUSE is for my mother.  She loves Paris.  She spends two to three months there every summer. For my short 3 day vacation, I went to Nantucket instead of Paris this summer.  Next summer, I am adding Paris back into the mix.

So today I bring you a two story $5.4 million dollar apartment, with approximately 2100 square feet,  2 sitting rooms, 2 bedrooms, a balcony and a second floor office all within a short distance from the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs Elysees.

Not bad.  Right?  Love the staircase in the foyer leading to a 2nd floor office.

Take a look.

What do you think of this Parisian pied-a-terre?  Would you take or leave as your second home away from home?  Would you chose Paris for an international abode...or elsewhere?  Do tell.

I think the dining room needs a redo definitely and would change some of the furnishings in the sitting rooms but the large windows in are amazing and some of the very French details like the iron stair railing and the front door with the decorative molding really work.  I would take it.

Happy Wednesday!
