A little split level loft in Spain with living room downstairs and the dining directly above it. There was no room in this small loft to have all of the common areas on one floor, so the owners split them on two levels. They tied in the two rooms decor together with the reddish orange color palette. An unconventional floor plan...but it works. The kitchen is downstairs at the bottom of the stairs so access to dinner guests is just a flight away!
I know, because I live in a small space, you have got to be flexible with how you hoped to live and then what the space dictates!
Happy Friday!

P.S. Tomorrow is sis DS's birthday! I have got to find her a nice present.
P.P.S. Just learned that best of friend AM is coming to High Point Market with me in April! When in High Point, NC, I will be launching a new rug collection -- we'll have 4 or 5 new styles in several colorways! New COCOCOZY rugs at market! New never before seen COCOCOZY designs! So excited to see my new rugs large scale in the Capel Rugs showroom. Look forward to seeing CC and the whole Capel team again! Will give you details as we get closer to April market!
P.P.P.S. Oh totally forgot...the house in yesterday's story ended up selling for $47 million (according to Zillow)...that is 42% less than its $74 million dollar asking price!
